In order to make an appointment, we require a credit card number at the time of booking. This policy is designed as a means of conformity with our cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding.

Group Classes:
A deposit of half will be charged once scheduled and confirmed.  A no show will result in full payment/missed class. No substitutions.  No refunds.

Private Classes:
24 hour cancellation policy. Deposit of half will be charged once scheduled and confirmed. Actor can reschedule up to two (2) classes per session, and has one (1) week to make up any rescheduled class.  A no show will result in full payment/missed class. Class cannot be substituted for audition coaching. No refunds.

Audition Coaching:
A deposit of half will be charged once scheduled and confirmed.  A no show will result in full payment.  Billing begins at scheduled appointment time, not client arrival time.  No refunds.

Marketing The Actor:
48 hour cancellation policy for all consultations.  A deposit of half will be charged once scheduled and confirmed. A no show will result in full payment. No refunds.
